If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order and we will inform you via e-mail.

Bonne Mere ships worldwide. Orders are shipped Internationally and within Australia using a range of carriers.
Exact shipping costs are calculated and added to final payment on your invoice.
Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

All Australian Orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days and Shipping times are estimated between 1-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
All International orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days and Shipping times are estimated between 10-14 business days. Note no tracking with signature required on delivery.
Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer and shipping times maybe affected by Customs and processing delays.
The receiver will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties.
All Prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) excluding shipping costs.
Product prices are updated seasonally when price changes are received from our suppliers.
Returns/ Exchanges are accepted for store credit or equal merchandise only.
Returns/ Exchanges must be made within 7-14 days of purchase and they must be pre-authorised by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back.
Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached.
Please note we do not refund original shipping fees and new shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Damaged, faulty claims or incorrect items shipped must be claimed within 7 business days of purchase.

Upon receipt of the return a store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days
Store credit have no expiry date and can only be used on regular-priced items. Please keep the original store credit.
